Let's Talk Property Management

Hi to the other LTPM social network enthusiasts who like posting directly from LTPM to Twitter or Facebook.  I recently discovered an error in the Twitter integration settings that would not allow you to send your messages to Twitter.  This is fixed now and you can Tweet away.

If you've already been trying out the Twitter Connection, then there are a few things you need to do first.

If you've never tried it, then follow the  "Now Test" instructions below to get started.

Revoke the original Twitter Connection

1.  Log on to your Twitter account.
2.  Click on the "Settings" link in the Top Right
3.  Click on the "Connections"  submenu link
4.  Fined the LetsTalkPM connection and click on "Revoke Access"
5.  Refresh and the connection to LTPM should be gone.

Set up the connection again through LTPM
1.  Go to your page in LetsTalkPM
2.  Click on the "Settings" link in the menu on the right
3.  Click on the "Connections" submenu link on the left
4.  Add your Twitter account

Now test  (if you've never posted to Twitter from LTPM - these instructions are for you too)
1.  Go to your page in LTPM
2.  Add a comment you want to post both in LTPM and on Twitter in the "status" box at the top of your page
3.  Click on the Twitter checkbox
4.  Click on the Update button

VOILA - you should see a post on LTPM and on Twitter.  (sorry if you've had frustrations with this in the past).  Did you know that you can now post to Facebook too - how great is that!
