Social Media and Property Managers
Hello everyone!
Who isn't talking about Social Media these days? Between the Movie, the news, and where you spend your time online every industry is figuring out how to grapple with this new communication medium.
I would like to know what your experience (if any) with Social Media, specifically Facebook, has been so far. The good, the bad, the ugly, I would like to hear it all.
Is this something PM's should be embracing? What are the opportunities and dangers? What got you involved or what is keeping you away?
I eat, breath, and spoon with social media so I'm very interested in real perspectives from property managers.

I get inquiries from the leasing ads I place in FB Marketplace.

No, I don't get inquiries over FB. I get either email or phone inquiries...mostly phone.
