Hi Jumie. I really like the overall look and feel of your site. It has a professional, yet fun and personable feel. I like the image menu and the photos you choose, except for the Our Clients one. It is distracting due to the primary colors - it does not seem to fit.

The Our Services page gives a great summary of your services. You might try drawing a connection between what you do and the result/benefit to the property owner. Example: Online Maintenance Ticketing System, which makes it easy for tenants to report maintenance issues quickly so they are resolved before more serious damage can take place (too long, but you get the idea).

You also have a call to action on the services page to request a no-fee initial consultation, but there is no web form. I recommend placing a form on this page that will feed the prospective owner into your database and alert someone from your team to follow up to firm up an appointment.

Also, I am always an advocate of a web form on the home page that will capture people who are not ready to talk with you about your services yet. This gives you an opportunity to follow up with people via email, even if they are not ready to talk yet.

The Rentals page has a message that all of your properties are occupied. As a rental property owner, I would want to see an example of how you present your vacant rentals (so you might want to post an example listing) and I'd want to know what other marketing strategies you use to fill vacancies - do you post to online ILS sites, etc.

I agree Dee - Great overall feel and "easeablility". My Clients color scheme does seem out of place with the theme of the site. Also I might like to know where your rentals are located...what region do you serve? What type of properties - photos?
