Terri and I spent a great weekend in Bisbee, Arizona in mid April. We stayed in a charming home and enjoyed the quaint and quiet atmosphere. We had lots of fun, but also got down to business - we did some great planning for the LTPM community. We did a SWOT analysis, set up some TOPS and SMARTS, and best of all, we defined OUR Core Values. Here are the Core Values that fuel our progress . . .
Integrity, Respect, Creativity, Professionalism, Laughter and Passion
Through my involvement in various small businesses, and through reading some fabulous books, like Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies by Jim Collins, I've learned how important it is to know who you are, and that your business pursuits align with that. So . . . what Core Values define your business?

Interesting enough, at the start up stage of our business, when we were thinking about brand, identity,image et al, this question came up, and our core values are

We perform our responsibilities with drive and diligence
