I'm a big believer in personal freedoms. You won't see me filling out any ballots that limit the rights of individuals to govern themselves. What someone does with their own life is their business. What someone does with yours, is your business. That being said, Landlords should exercise their rights to protect their property from economic damage from dangerous tenants.

Yes I had moved to Medford last summer just to find out that it was shortened for us. So I was only there about 6 months..
I'm a licensed Realtor, leasing agent, and property manager in Austin Texas. I have been at this for over 5 years.. I was hoping to get a business going in Medford but ran out of time before we quickly returned to Austin.. But I guess were still kinda neighbors with lots of miles in between..
