I am constantly using Skype and while the call quality can be so so on occasion for the most part its good and the savings are significant.

Some good points here Jason, especially item number one. Nothing worse than an owner who just can't seem to under stand that there is absolutely no relationship between their mortgage and what they should be asking for rent.

It is a difficult balance to keep things simple yet make sure your protected as well as satisfying your clients needs. I may do some editing to my contract to include a few of the ideas you discuss.
