Hi Melissa!

How do you like LTPM? I have been a member for a few months now and I must say I think that it is a great place to make some contacts. I work for a painting subcontractor and I am trying to obtain some more business and develop some long standing partnerships with Property Managers.

If you would like to give me a call and I can tell you more about our superior service you can reach me at 925.766.0875. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Melissa,
I am new to LTPM and to the field of Property Management (being an Assistant at this point) and looking forward to getting my feet wet! A question, are both of your book out? I am very interested in them, but wondering if I should wait for the second or will both be an asset to me?

hi Melissa, congratulations on your pending literary release. if you're comfortable promoting it in multiple markets i've worked out a few inceptoin avenues you might like. ESP Disk, Ltd.'s co-owner has started a language translation company called Unikom. they convert content to up to 33 languages. the intersecting book projects being routed through the companion advertising direction will be lead by zoning lawyer Prof. Stephen Sussna's 'Triumph & Defeat', along with investment banker/financial planner-success coach Bruce Dobbs' assorted publications.

Bruce's latest company Ascension Financial Inc. focuses on real estate investment, in addition to providing financial planning. we arranged for 11 y/o interactive tv ad agency Simply Me TV to establish a separately funded news department that will debut 300 music heritage commecial sagas in connection with endowing a permanent $ 60M housing & insurance fund, benefiting elderly, disabled & disadvantaged artists.

Sussna's and Bruce's commercial adventures have some epic tie-ins to an iconic real estate empire formerly known as the Arlen Realty Group. ESP Disk, Ltd. will offer audio book treatments with hundreds of eligible music supported background soundtracks: to boost sales among the visually impaired & cellular/digital book audience demographic. Simply Me TV's launching it's cable tv content distribution to internet/cellular subscribers as part of pacts with Echostar, Comcast & 7 of the major cellular service providers. you can see their strategy and pricing at www.simplyme.tv.

i advised ALM Community Outreach, LLC on incubating potential 90 unit luxury condominium portfolio partnership that is ideal to integrate some book tour, readers workshops as training aids for working vacations. the bulk of the dwellings are on Sheepshead Bay's harbor (in Brooklyn). the developer's named them The Breakers. he's in at around $ 700 psf; and has been seeking $ 900 psf for the 70 new units. his portfolio includes a potential 18 additional condos being built on a former parochial school at Brooklyn's historic Grand Army Plaza. similar numbers are likely there. ALM Community Outreach will become the co-developer of the two sites under a specialty bed & breakfast management concept supported by two independent bio-fuel, green energy building materials firms---under the current negotiations.

we're looking for partners that can contribute either stock, other lower psf priced inventory(s) & of course cash (priced lower than our internal sources). twenty landlords are each being invited to align $ 4.5M of their upcoming inventories to launch the effort, as a $ 90M collaboration. the gluts on the east coast are so pronounced the figures' minimal. i'm primarilly servicing Prince Georges County, Maryland area construction training initiatives. they envelope $ 87B in government supported objectives---addressing minority & military base re-alignment efforts.

ESP Disk, Ltd.'s already distributing music and film content associated with 130 older artists' catalogues. Jimi Hendrix's daughter & widow's first family supported documentary projects are among that upcoming literay content. it'll include European connected chronicles. two of the important strategic planners are operating in the Los Angeles area they have alot of nautical interests. so seminars associated with waterfront property management & development are rather complimentary promotional conduits. the bio-fuel teams already have significant billboard, roadside & interior site exposure throughout the U.S..
