- I was downsized last year after managing and leasing 4 million square feet of industrial and office space at a former naval air station in Alameda, CA for over 13 years. I am currently looking for something in the San Francisco East Bay, preferably in Contra Costa County. I thought I only wanted to manage industrial property, but right now I'm thinking any kind of property would be good.
