Give Me Drugs!!

About a year ago, Colorado passed a law allowing "Medical Marijuana".  I now have an Owner that is seriously considering allowing a “dispensary” to open in one of his business properties.  Does anyone out there have any experience with this kind of situation?  See More

In need of a good Drive-by WAVER for Owners

Recently, we changed policy and began charging a nominal service fee for monthly drive-by surveys. Not a big deal since we include the possibility for this charge in our Management Agreement. I now have Owners that are requesting to Opt-Out of this service due to the fee. If you have a good WAIVER, then I'd really like to see it or find out what terminology you are using. Born and raised in Colorado. I got suckered into the "Family Business" in 2001. I have held every position in the office, from receptionist to Employing Broker. My state license was retired in 2008, after our company was embezzled. My family business closed in 2010. (Not Fun)! I now work part-time at MileStone Real Estate Services for Rob & Renee Lynde. I am also starting a Place Tenant Only / Advertising Service in Colorado Springs, CO. I am a big supporter of NARPM. I like science fiction, impressionist art, anything Harry Potter, musical theater, and classic literature. I have been married for 20+ years and have one autistic son (17). I’m a computer / technology junkie-wanna-be. In my (very little) spare time I prefer to sleep, but usually end up reading, TV, camping, surfing the computer, writing, or going to a zoo or movie with my son and spouse. I would be lost without my cell phone, IPod, and Kindle.
