I work for a web-based PM software company, so my daily interactions spread from Florida to Washington and anywhere in between. Basically I assist owners and PM companies with a platform to manage their properties/tenants. I love my job! Great company and it allows me a chance to utilize my years of PM experience while having a new twist to it. I spent years leasing, managing and doing corporate PM work in Portland, OR, and then switched out to General Contracting and building/selling/managing my own stuff. I find most people in this industry shift around and have a lot of great experience to bring to the table - like you with your variety of hats. As the market shifts, we all seem to have skills to flow with the eb.
