I'm off and running
Well, we took the first step and bought our first student rental. We'll close on it the end of January if all goes right. My daughter will live in it for 2 years, so we're set for now. We do plan on keeping it 15 years at least.

It's a single family home. It is a rental now, so it is licensed. 5 br, about 8 blocks from campus. It's in great shape, needs a little paint. Inspection is this Friday.
