What do you do?: BuildingLink is the leading web-based management and communications platform for residential properties.

Tell us about yourself.: I work for BuildingLink.com. Back in 2000, we came up with the idea of managing residential properties online. It may be hard to imagine now that everyone and their brother has a "resident portal," but at that time the very notion of doing ANYTHING online at residential properties was unheard of! Since then, we've been at the cutting edge of the industry, leading the way with exciting innovations.

What kind of innovations are we talking about? Package tracking, webcams, signature capture, emergency broadcast notifications, integrating with third parties (like dry cleaners, concierge services, etc.).

700 properties later (yes, 700 properties!), we have changed the face of the industry. Let me show you what we can do for your property!
