Property Managers Creating A Win Win Situation For Landlords And Tenants


Property managers, landlords and tenants are increasingly signing up to utilize Insurent to close more Leases quickly with no risk or cost. 12 owners signed up buildings to utilize Insurent’s Guarantor Service in August including Halstead Property, Columbus Square Management, Icon Realty Management, Stellar Management, Werber Management, and Weinreb Management.

(Gotham now TIAA-CREF)40 Gold Street joins a number of stunning new rental developments in the financial district using the Insurent Lease Guaranty Program including New York by Gehry (Forest City Ratner), William Beaver House (Rose) , and 200 Water Street (Rockrose).In Brooklyn, The Andrea, managed by Cooper Square Realty, located at 218 Myrtle Avenue and 499 Vanderbilt, managed by Vicki Negron of Corcoran, both recently signed up to use Insurent. Other new rental developments in Brooklyn which utilize Insurent are: The Addison (managed by Citi-Habitat Marketing Group), Arias Park Slope (managed by The Marketing Directors) the Brooklyner (Equity Residential), 34 Berry Street (managed by Rose), 80 Dekalb Avenue (Forest City Ratner), and 184 Kent Avenue (managed by Rose).
