Rent Reminder Dilemma Solved!

As a Property Manager, I am always so busy that before I know it, the first of the month is here again and rent payments are starting to slowly trickle in. I have a lot of tenants, some of who are elderly, and without fail I always have those who pay late or "forget" to pay. I really wanted to start reminding everyone a few days prior that rent was due, but I just didn't have time to sit down and call everyone. I wanted to share this with everyone in the same situation I was in; it's been such a help for me! I just entered my numbers, recorded my message and then sent it out to everyone at one time. It's inexpensive and easy to use and has helped my "forgetful" tenants remember to pay on time a lot more often. And all of my tenants have been really receptive to receiving the calls. I use it for rent reminders, community announcements or for any other messages I need to get out quickly. It's been a great time saver!
